New Patients: Please Read Before Booking

If you are new to acupuncture at this practice, the best place to start is with a New Patient Consultation & Care Plan.

You’ll see two options when booking:

Fertility Care — for support with fertility, IVF, or cycle optimization

Acupuncture Care — for general support such as pain, stress, digestion, and overall wellness

These first visits give us time to understand your full health picture and create a personalized care plan tailored to your needs.

If you’re new, this first step helps ensure that any acupuncture follow-up or integrative sessions are the right fit and as effective as possible.

Patients booking Acupuncture During Pregnancy, Reiki, or Craniosacral Therapy are welcome to schedule those services directly and do not need an acupuncture consultation.

Heather Smidt is a licensed acupuncturist, licensed massage therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher. She enjoys treating reproductive health issues including optimizing fertility, regulating cycles, managing PCOS or endometriosis and so much more. In addition, Heather has a real passion for pain management and enjoys helping patients get relief from all body ailments including chronic low pain and neck pain.
